In the fourth quarter of 2024, the Android platform in Nigeria saw interesting trends in the crime games category. Here's a closer look at the top-performing apps based on data from Sensor Tower.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas experienced a fluctuation in weekly revenue, peaking at around $384 in early October and dipping to $225 by mid-December before a slight uptick to $275 at the end of the year. Downloads remained relatively stable with a slight decrease, ranging from 20K to 15K. Active users started at 44K, gradually decreasing to 35K by the end of December.

MadOut 2: Grand Auto Racing showed notable revenue fluctuations, starting at $109 and peaking at $423 in early November, then closing the year at $208. Downloads saw a substantial dip from 1.5K to 467 by mid-December, before rebounding to 1.6K in the final week. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 3.6K, dipping in the middle, and ending strongly at 4.1K.

Flex City: Online RP Car Game maintained a consistent revenue stream, peaking at $205 in mid-October and stabilizing around $144 by the end of December. Downloads were highest in mid-October at 1.1K, tapering off to 631 by year-end. Active users showed a positive trend, starting at 6.3K and climbing steadily to 9.3K.

Manor Matters from Playrix saw revenue peaking at $165 in early October, with a gradual decline to $71 by the end of December. Downloads increased towards the end of the quarter, starting at 90 and reaching 320. Active users also grew from 821 to 1.1K by the end of the year.

Finally, Killer Bean Unleashed showed impressive download numbers, beginning at 36K and growing to nearly 39K by the end of December. Active users mirrored this growth trend, starting at 273K and reaching 375K. Revenue remained relatively stable, oscillating between $83 and $140.
